Fat chest in boys may be due to simple over-obesity or mammary gland dysplasia, resulting in abnormal development of male breast tissue and abnormal proliferation of connective tissue in the mammary gland as a clinical condition. It can be treated by improving diet, exercise and surgical treatment.
1. Simple excessive obesity: excessive obesity itself will lead to boys chest fat, so to improve diet, eat less high-calorie food, eat more green vegetables, and adhere to the exercise, the weight control in the normal category.
2. Gynecomastia: Transient gynecomastia occurs during puberty, and with the end of puberty, the enlarged gynecomastia will gradually subside, and no special treatment is needed.
Painless progressive enlargement of one or both breasts, or tenderness or lumps under the areola. If it occurs in pre-puberty or youth and also in middle age, it is mostly considered abnormal. Further tests need to be used to rule out breast cancer or other neoplastic organisms. Treatment by oral medication or surgery is needed if necessary.
If a boy develops fat breasts he should go to the hospital and be treated under a doctor’s supervision.
