Can you eat cucumber during infancy?

Cucumber, as a vitamin-rich and nutrient-rich fruit, can be eaten during infancy, but in a way that will vary by month of age when paying attention to infancy. If the infant has not reached 6 months, cucumber as a supplement should not be added. This is because according to the Chinese guidelines for feeding children, complementary foods should only be added at 6 months of age or older. If the infant is over 6 months old, he/she should not eat cucumber at the beginning, but start with adding iron-fortified rice flour, and gradually add complementary foods before the infant gets used to it. Infants can eat cucumber juice when they are 7-8 months old, and can eat crushed cucumbers when they are older. If the baby has grown teeth and has some chewing function, he can also eat small pieces of cucumber.
