How to describe your condition to your doctor

For patients with psychological problems, it is very important to be objective and precise in your questions if you want the doctor to help you. For example, if you are a patient with insomnia, you should describe in detail when the insomnia started, whether there was a trigger, whether it was constant or intermittent, what time you went to bed, what time you fell asleep, whether you were dreamy or wakeful during sleep, and what time you woke up. What are the accompanying symptoms, any emotional and psychological changes and physical symptoms, and how are they during the day? Where have you been, what diagnosis have you had, what medications have you used, what is the maximum dose, how long have you been taking each dose, and how long have you been taking each medication in total, so that your doctor can make a relatively accurate judgment based on the situation.
