Ganoderma lucidum is a traditional Chinese medicine that can treat the lack of food caused by deficiency of qi and blood; the adverse effects of Ganoderma lucidum are not clear, and there is no claim that Ganoderma lucidum cures the stomach or injures the stomach. Lingzhi is used for the treatment of restlessness, insomnia and palpitation, cough and asthma due to lung deficiency, shortness of breath due to fatigue, and lack of appetite.
