How heart stenosis is treated

Cardiac stenosis mainly causes myocardial ischemia and even myocardial infarction and a series of other diseases, according to the severity of the disease, you need to choose different treatment options, mainly including drug therapy, interventional therapy and bypass surgery.
1. Medication: For patients with mild stenosis (less than 70%) and occasional myocardial ischemia, medication can be applied, mainly antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, etc.), lipid-lowering drugs (atorvastatin, etc.), and some patients with high blood pressure can be treated with enalapril.
2. Interventional therapy: For patients with severe stenosis (more than 70%) and clear symptoms of myocardial ischemia, stenting can be done if the stenosis is closely related to the stenosis.
3. Bypass surgery: mainly for patients with obvious stenosis of the left main stem; patients with diffuse lesions of multiple blood vessels; patients with obvious cardiac insufficiency; patients with diabetes mellitus and diffuse lesions of more than two blood vessels, especially the stenosis of the proximal part of the left anterior descending branch; patients with cardiac emergencies; and patients with allergy to antiplatelet drugs.
The presence of cardiovascular stenosis, accompanied by obvious symptoms of myocardial ischemia, requires prompt medical attention and standardized treatment under the guidance of clinicians.
