In recent years, the liver disease community has become more and more aware of “small triplets”. However, it is gradually found that more than 90% of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma occur in people with “minor triplets”. It was found that more than 70% of the “minor triple-positive” population do not detect HBV-DNA of hepatitis B virus, while more than 20% of the population can detect HBV-DNA of hepatitis B virus, which is medically known as “HBeAg-negative HBV carriers “They have a much higher chance of developing chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer than those with “major triplets” (i.e. HBeAg-positive HBV carriers). In order to enhance the understanding of “small triplets”, I wrote this article, which was published in the core journal of Chinese medicine, Chinese Medicine Herald, issue 9, 2010, with the aim of causing the hepatology community to strengthen the research on “small triplets”. The author found that although Western medical treatment for “Xiaosangyang” is ineffective, TCM treatment for “Xiaosangyang” carriers is very effective and can make most “Xiaosangyang” carriers The author found that Chinese medicine treatment for “small three yang” carriers has very good results, within two courses of treatment can make most “small three yang” carriers HBV-DNA negative.
