Gastrointestinal examination CT and enteroscopy both play different functional areas, achieve different results, there is no comparability. Abdominal CT belongs to the imaging examination, the scope of observation is relatively large, and patients will not have pain during the examination. It can check intestinal tumors, intestinal obstruction, metastasis and other lesions, and can provide accurate lesion sites, which is conducive to determining the scope of surgery, but cannot be used as the basis for final diagnosis. Enteroscopy belongs to invasive examination, from the anus into the intestinal tract, has the advantage of more delicate, do the examination can take tissue for pathological examination, but the scope of the examination is not as large as abdominal CT, can only check the lesions of the colon and anal canal, for intestinal inflammation, intestinal ulcers, tumors have diagnostic significance. Therefore, abdominal CT and colonoscopy have their own advantages and disadvantages, and need to rely on the doctor’s comprehensive judgment and reasonable use to ensure the accuracy of the patient’s examination.
