How many days to take Anrotinib before it works

Anrotinib should be taken for at least three weeks to be effective. Different patients have different responses to the drug, and the exact duration should be analyzed according to the patient’s condition. Anrotinib is an anti-tumor drug, mainly used for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has progressed after previous or at least two types of systemic chemotherapy, or has recurred. It is a specialty drug and the selection of indications, drug application, usage and dosage of antitumor treatment will be slightly different depending on the condition of the tumor patient. Patients should take it for at least three weeks, i.e. a course of treatment, and stop for a week for two weeks in a row to judge whether there is no effect and whether adverse reactions will occur. The medication should be regularly reviewed and rechecked at the hospital. It is contraindicated in patients with central squamous lung cancer or at risk of hemoptysis, in patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, and in women during pregnancy and lactation. If intolerable adverse reactions occur during administration, seek prompt medical attention or consult the relevant pharmacist. If a dose is missed during administration, no additional dose will be given if the time to the next dose is confirmed to be less than 12 hours.
