The difference between nongonorrhea and UTI is that they are subordinate and inclusive. The full name of nongonorrhea is non-gonococcal urethritis, which is a type of urethritis that is not caused by gonococcal infection. More commonly known as UTI is like the trunk of a big tree, while non-gonorrhea belongs to the fork of the trunk of the tree, and is also a part of the tree but a branch of the tree. The vast majority of non-gonococcal UTIs are caused by unclean sexual contact resulting in an associated pathogenic infection with associated urinary tract irritation symptoms. While UTIs may be due to infection from unclean sexual contact, or due to lowered autoimmunity, or due to exposure to too many pathogenic bacteria, non-gonorrhea often results in white or yellow discharge from the urethral cells, while UTIs can have discharge or no discharge.
