Which is better for lupus, Merovia or Bellevue?

The generic name of Merova is rituximab injection, and the full name of Belilium is Beliliumab for Injection, and lupus usually refers to systemic lupus erythematosus. Both are used to treat SLE, and there is no such thing as which one is better. Rituximab injection is a human-mouse chimeric monoclonal antibody; Belimumab is a specific human IgG1λ monoclonal antibody against soluble human B lymphocyte stimulating factor protein; both have immunosuppressive effects. Rituximab Injection is commonly used in the treatment of follicular non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, systemic lupus erythematosus and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Belimumab for Injection, on the other hand, is indicated for adult patients with high disease activity and autoantibody-positive systemic lupus erythematosus on the basis of conventional therapy. Rituximab Injection may cause adverse reactions such as infection, leukopenia, and angioedema; Belimumab for Injection may cause adverse reactions such as infection, pharyngitis, and allergy. Contraindicated in persons who are hypersensitive to any component of rituximab injection and in persons with severe active infection or severely impaired immune response. It is contraindicated in persons who are hypersensitive to the active substance or any excipients in Belimumab for Injection. CAUTION: Antihypertensive medications should be discontinued 12 hours prior to infusion of Rituximab Injection. Live vaccines should not be administered within 30 days prior to or during the administration of Belimumab for Injection. Both are used in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and there is no question as to which is the better treatment. Patients are advised to use the above medications as prescribed by their doctor and not to use them privately.
