Frequent bedwetting, which is a symptom of enuresis. Be sure to check if the disease is causing it first. Check the pelvic radiograph to confirm whether there is a congenital lumbosacral spina bifida. If so, you should go to the hospital to check for cauda equina adhesions, and if there are cauda equina adhesions, you should have surgery, and then you should have a urographic examination to confirm whether there is a malformation of the urinary system. If the radiographs and urography are normal, then the patient has primary enuresis. The main treatment for primary enuresis is behavioral training, such as holding urine when you have it, drinking as much water as possible during the day, and trying to hold urine for more than 10 minutes before each attempt to urinate to increase the capacity of the bladder. Then interrupt urination in the middle of urination, hold it for ten seconds and then urinate again, so as to improve the function of the bladder sphincter. When you sleep at night, place an alarm table to wake yourself up twice to urinate and this enuresis is cured.
