Clinical manifestations of lung nodules, early symptoms are usually not obvious, some patients may have cough, sputum with blood and other symptoms. As the disease progresses, it may also be accompanied by chest tightness and shortness of breath, dyspnea, fever and chest pain. Lung nodules are not obvious in most patients and are usually found by chance during physical examination or treatment of other diseases. Some patients may experience coughing, blood in sputum, and occasionally a small amount of hemoptysis. If the nodule grows in size and compresses the large bronchial tubes, symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, wheezing and dyspnea may occur. As the disease progresses, it may be accompanied by systemic symptoms such as weakness, fever, sweating, loss of appetite and weight loss. Some lung nodules can cause chest pain, especially those close to the pleura, and may also irritate the pleura causing pleural effusion. If patients suspect that they have lung nodules, they should go to the hospital in time and improve the relevant examinations under the guidance of doctors to avoid delaying the condition and causing adverse consequences.
