What to do if you have wheals

In the early stage when the local redness and swelling of the eye is not obvious, you can apply cold and wet compresses, use D&B drops in combination with antibiotics (or oral amoxicillin if there is no drug allergy) orally, change to hot compresses after 48 hours, pay attention to rest, replenish water, avoid too sweet, too oily and spicy stimulating food. When there is white pus after the wheals have softened, it is necessary to cut and drain the pus. After the pus is removed, the inflammation will soon subside and the eyelid can be swollen quickly. At this stage, surgical treatment is recommended in the ophthalmology clinic.
