There is a difference between hypertensive disorders and high blood pressure. Hypertensive disorders are based on high blood pressure with significant symptoms and even complications in important organs. The more common symptoms are dizziness, headache, chest tightness, etc. Serious complications are mainly in the heart, brain, kidneys, large blood vessels and eyes. Coronary heart disease or even myocardial infarction, stroke, renal insufficiency, aortic coarctation and vision loss or even blindness occur. Central nervous function changes, sympathetic nervous system hyperactivity, increased catecholamine concentration, increased resistance to contraction of small arteries, increased blood pressure.
