Is clearer breast milk less nutritious?

The fact that breastmilk is relatively clear does not mean that it is devoid of nutrients. Women with breastfeeding needs should ensure a balanced intake of nutrients on a daily basis.
In 100 grams of breastmilk (average), rich in 1.3 grams of protein, 7.4 grams of carbohydrates, 3.4 grams of fat, 30 milligrams of calcium and so on.
By sucking breastmilk, babies can replenish the nutrients needed by the body and maintain normal physiological functions. The fact that breastmilk is usually clearer does not mean that it has no effect, and the color of breastmilk is not a criterion for judging its nutritional value.
There are nutritional differences in breastmilk between individuals due to differences in body condition, health status and nutrition.
If a woman who needs to breastfeed has recently suffered from malnutrition, picky eating or partiality, she needs to adjust her diet to ensure a balanced intake of nutrients, so as to increase the nutrient content of her breastmilk. It is worth noting that women who need to breastfeed should avoid cold, spicy and irritating foods such as ice cream and chili peppers.
If a breastfed child suffers from malnutrition and there is a suspicion that the breastmilk is insufficient in calories or nutrients, a breastmilk test can be performed to rule out abnormalities.
