Where is the exact location of the Golden Gate point

The Jinmen point is on the foot, specifically located on the lateral side of the foot, below the anterior edge of the ankle, behind the fifth metatarsal tuberosity, at the lower edge of the dice bone.
The Jinmen point is on the foot solar bladder meridian and is a qie point of the foot solar bladder meridian. Push along the fifth metatarsal bone toward the heel, and the place where it crosses under the front edge of the outer ankle is the Jinmen point.
The Jinmen point can treat head disorders such as headache and deafness; psychosomatic disorders such as epilepsy and pediatric convulsions (pediatric disorders characterized by dizziness, apoplexy, and convulsions); and meridian disorders such as lumbago, lower limb impotence and paralysis (weakness, numbness, and pain in the lower limbs), and outer ankle swelling and pain. Stab straight 0.3~0.5 inches. Acupuncture or moxibustion can be applied depending on the treatment.
If a patient is experiencing discomfort and wants to seek acupuncture treatment, it is recommended to visit a regular medical facility and ask the practitioner to perform acupuncture treatment. If moxibustion is needed, please do it under the guidance of a doctor. None of the above operations should be done on your own.
