How long it takes for a fifty shoulder to heal itself

Frozen shoulder, also known as frozen shoulder, occurs in people around 50 years of age and is self-limiting, but the time to heal depends on a number of factors, ranging from a few months to 1-2 years. It is not advisable to wait for the frozen shoulder to heal on its own, as this may limit the painful movement of the joint and muscle atrophy, which may affect the function of the shoulder joint. In acute attacks, most patients can recover well in about 1 week if they actively cooperate with treatment and systematic rehabilitation exercises. Some patients with frozen shoulder, however, have a longer onset time and recover relatively slowly through systematic treatment. Some patients may need about 2 months for their clinical symptoms to improve, and some patients may not recover for a long time and have regular pain. Patients with frozen shoulder should be treated early to reduce clinical symptoms, but also actively cooperate with rehabilitation functional exercises and choose appropriate treatment methods, such as acupuncture treatment, which can effectively help early recovery.
