Selection of indications for interventional occlusion of precardiac disease

1.PDA: Indications: Age 2 years or older, weight ≥ 8 kg, no other cardiac anomalies requiring surgery. 2.Atrial septal defect (ASD): indications: age 3 years or older (1) secondary foramen ovale ASD, defect diameter ≤ 36 mm, with increased right heart volume load and left-to-right shunt; (2) distance from the edge of the defect to the coronary sinus, superior and inferior vena cava and pulmonary veins ≥ 5 mm, to the atrioventricular valve ≥ 7 mm; (3) the diameter of the atrial septum is larger than the diameter of the left atrial side of the selected blocking parachute; (4) no (4) not combined with other cardiac malformations that must be surgically operated. 3, ventricular septal defect (VSD): indications: (1) perimembranous VSD: age ≥ 3 years; weight ≥ 10 kg; simple VSD with hemodynamic abnormalities, 3 < diameter < 12 mm; VSD upper edge from the right coronary valve of the aorta ≥ 2 mm, no aortic right coronary valve off into the VSD and aortic regurgitation; ultrasound in the short axis of the great vessels five-chamber heart section 9 ~ 12 o'clock position; (2) myocardial VSD >3mm; (3) intracrural VSD, diameter <5mm, defect more than 2mm from the pulmonary valve; (4) post-surgical residual shunt . (5)VSD combined with PDA or ASD, PDA or ASD with indications for interventional treatment.
