High level is better or low level is better

Of course, low-grade is good. Low-grade generally indicates benign lesions, including polyps and other lesions. If the polyps are removed and the pathology shows low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, regular follow-up examinations and colonoscopy are needed. If the pathology report shows high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, enhanced CT or MRI of the abdomen is needed to further clarify. If necessary, colonoscopy and pathology will be performed again. If cancer is confirmed, radical tumor surgery will be required.
