What is a keloid pregnancy?

Keloid pregnancy is a type of ectopic pregnancy, which is a pregnancy in which the fertilized egg is deposited at the scar incision from a previous cesarean section or other surgery.
Keloid pregnancies are most often seen after cesarean section and usually may have no obvious specific symptoms in the early stages, such as menopause, small irregular vaginal bleeding or mild abdominal pain. As the pregnancy progresses and the number of months of pregnancy increases, dangerous conditions such as placenta implantation, placenta penetration, vaginal hemorrhage, and uterine rupture may occur.
Patients who develop keloid pregnancies can be treated surgically through hysterectomy, uterine scar repair and hysterectomy. Patients are advised to keep a good mindset, ensure enough sleep, combine work and rest, avoid overwork, and actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment.
