What is the difference between levopipron and right levopipron?

The difference between zopiclone and dexzopiclone is that dexzopiclone has relatively fewer side effects and a faster onset of action, but both are medications for insomnia.
Dexzopiclone is a right-handed single isomer of zopiclone, and dexzopiclone has a higher affinity for central benzodiazepine receptors, but both are non-benzodiazepines, and both are sedative-hypnotic and muscle relaxant, and are mainly used for the treatment of insomnia, excessive dreaming, and anti-anxiety effects.
Dexzopiclone is safer than zopiclone and has a significantly faster onset of action than zopiclone, it takes effect in about 1 hour compared to zopiclone which takes effect in about 1.5-2 hours. Both zopiclone and dexzopiclone have adverse reactions such as bitter mouth, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and diarrhea during use.
Taking medication for insomnia should be standardized under the guidance of a doctor, and should not be used privately to cause adverse consequences.
