No specific drug exists for Neocoronavirus. For the time being, the only antiviral treatments for new coronaviruses are as follows. 1. Adults and adolescents with mild and common forms with high risk factors for progression to severe forms within 5 days of onset of illness can be treated with ritonavir tablets, with close attention to contraindications and adverse effects. 2. Adults and adolescents with mild and common forms with high risk factors for progression to severe forms can be treated with monoclonal antibodies (Ambavizumab/Romivizumab Injection). 3. Patients with high risk factors, high viral loads, and rapid progression can be treated with intravenous COVID-19 human immunoglobulin, and recovery plasma from convalescent patients. At present, there is no specific drug against the virus. In addition to antiviral treatment, immunotherapy, general therapy, anticoagulation, and supportive therapy are also needed for comprehensive treatment. Drugs should be used under the guidance of a professional physician, and should not be used arbitrarily.
