“Food exchange” is an internationally accepted diabetic diet control method. The Department of Nutrition of Peking Union Medical College Hospital was the first one to introduce this method in China, and improved it with the actual situation of Chinese diabetic patients, and achieved good clinical results after application. Released today are the Equivalent Milk Food Exchange Table and the Equivalent Fruit Food Exchange Table. Each serving of milk provides 5 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, 6 grams of carbohydrate and 90 kcal. The equivalent milk food exchange table provides 1 gram of protein, 21 grams of carbohydrate and 90 kcal per serving of fruit. Note: All weights refer to raw weight.
