Micropigmentation in a broad sense includes the following three aspects: 1. Minimally invasive surgery: for example, eye bag removal surgery, buried or three-point double eyelids, etc.; 2. Injectable cosmetic surgery: mainly hyaluronic acid or collagen injections; 3. Laser cosmetic surgery: i.e., through lasers, photons, radio frequency, etc. to achieve the purpose of blemish elimination and skin rejuvenation. What people think of as micropigmentation usually refers to injectable cosmetology, i.e., facial rejuvenation achieved by injecting drugs and fillers, such as rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, apple muscle augmentation, temple augmentation, filling of tear troughs, filling of nasolabial folds, and lip augmentation. Cosmetic injections can also remove wrinkles and lift the facial skin to make it firm and radiant. However, a cold compress is required for about 15 minutes after injection to reduce local redness and swelling, and alcohol, smoking and stimulating foods are avoided during the recovery period. It should be noted that not everyone is suitable for cosmetic injections, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe allergies, suffering from immune system disorders or skin wounds, redness, swelling, infections, and people with serious organic diseases are not suitable for cosmetic injections.
