Do patients with cervical lesions have to undergo surgery?

cin1 is usually the diagnosis determined when the patient has a cervical biopsy, meaning that the patient has oncological changes in the cervical epithelium, and there is a possibility that the condition will progress further to a more serious disease or even a malignant tumor. However, since mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is usually only the result of a viral infection, and since about 70% of patients can heal spontaneously, especially those treated with physical therapy or medication, they can completely revert to benign cervical lesions. Therefore, surgery is not advocated in all patients. Regular follow-up TCT after diagnosis is sufficient to detect further development of cervical lesions at any time and to deal with them at any time.
