Patients with psoriasis should have a reasonable diet and pay attention to balanced nutrition; a low-calorie diet can improve psoriasis; vitamin B12 and selenium have auxiliary therapeutic effects; in addition, it is necessary to take in more abundant proteins; psoriasis patients lose a large amount of protein due to the shedding of a large number of scales, which will cause hypoproteinemia in a timely manner and lead to serious illness and various complications. The good quality and cheap soy products and fresh dairy products are available for patients to choose. Fruits and vegetables are also an indispensable part of the diet to increase fiber intake and reduce constipation, such as pears, grapefruit, grapes, sugar cane, oranges, etc.  At the same time, attention should be paid to increase water intake, about 1.6L of clean water per day.
