Low back pain may be caused by physiological factors such as prolonged standing, or it may be caused by lumbar muscle strain, lumbar spine tuberculosis, lumbar disc herniation and other diseases, which need to be treated according to the different causes of the disease by choosing rest, medication, or surgical treatment to relieve the pain. 1. Physiological factors: the lumbar pain caused by sedentary, standing and other physiological factors is a normal physiological phenomenon, due to the long sitting and standing muscles in a state of tension, resulting in local spasms, which leads to lumbar pain symptoms. 2. Lumbar muscle strain: such as long-term stooping laborers, these patients’ lumbar muscles are in a state of tension for a long time, resulting in lumbar muscle spasm, chronic lumbar muscle strain, which can cause lumbar pain. Patients can relieve lumbar pain by taking bed rest, moving the lumbar muscles, hot compresses, massages, oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as celecoxib. 3. Lumbar spine tuberculosis: Lumbar spine tuberculosis is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis attacking the lumbar spine, leading to bone destruction of the lumbar spine, thus causing low back pain, which can be relieved by oral anti-tuberculosis drugs such as isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, and so on. 4.
