What is microscopic gastric cancer?

The cause of micro gastric cancer is mainly related to diet, such as consumption of pickled products, smoked food, liquor, etc. It is also related to Helicobacter pylori infection. Micro gastric cancer has no specific symptoms in the early stage. Patients may experience upper abdominal discomfort, stuffiness and distension, and the nature of pain may change in the recent period of time due to the existence of gastric disease in the past. If the pain is only hunger pain in the past but develops into long-term pain, patients need to be alerted and examined in time. The diagnosis of micro gastric cancer is mainly based on biopsy through gastroscopy, and a clear diagnosis is made based on pathology. Before treatment, ultrasonic gastroscopy should be performed to assess the depth of gastric cancer invasion and to clarify whether there is lymph node metastasis through enhanced CT. If there is no lymph node metastasis and only the mucosal layer or submucosal layer is invaded, it can be resected endoscopically. If there is lymph node metastasis around, radical surgery for gastric cancer should be given, and laparoscopic surgery or open surgery is chosen at this time.
