The main method of TBS test, i.e. cervical cancer screening, refers to placing a cytobrush inside the cervical canal, rotating it inside the canal to remove it, rotating the cytobrush to spread the specimen with the small brush attached evenly on the slide, and then observing it under a microscope. Compared to conventional cervical smears, it can significantly improve the cell collection rate and allows for a uniform distribution of cells on the slide. The technique allows multiple repeat productions with a single sample and the production of high-risk type HPVDNA detection and automatic slide reading. the results of TBS examination are divided into the following categories, i. no intraepithelial lesion cells and malignant cells are seen; ii. abnormal epithelial cells, including abnormal squamous epithelial cells, altered glandular epithelial cells, and other malignant tumors.
