There are more processes required to make a full denture, and the time needed to make it is longer, about 2-4 weeks. The main processes include the following: 1. Impressions are taken, which are taken at least twice. The first time is a preliminary impression, and then infused with a preliminary model. On the basis of this preliminary model, personalized individual trays are then made, and finally a second accurate impression is taken; 2. Perfusion of the model, and recording of the jaw relationship for the patient; 3. Lining up of the teeth, and trial fitting. Among them, the trial fitting is mainly to check the denture and observe the occlusion of the teeth on the jaw holder, such as anterior extension occlusion and lateral occlusion, to exclude jaw interference. When the trial fitting is completed, the denture is then worn into the mouth for the next check; 4. Completion of the full denture, mainly including the completion of the wax-up. Then load the box, open the box, remove the wax, and fill the plastic; 5. After heat treatment, check the occlusion again on the jaw holder, and finally give the patient to wear.
