What are the imported drugs for gastric cancer chemotherapy

There are more varieties of chemotherapeutic drugs for gastric cancer, basically all varieties have been imported, but there are still four main ones most used in recent years: first, paclitaxel class, represented by polyene paclitaxel and albumin paclitaxel. Second, the third generation of platinum, represented by oxaliplatin and cisplatin. Third, topoisomerase inhibitors, with irinotecan as representative. Fourth, oral fluorinated pyrimidines, represented by 5-FU, Siroda, and Tegeo. These new chemotherapeutic drugs are used for gastric cancer, and the efficiency of single drug is about 20%, and the combination of drugs can improve the effect of chemotherapy. However, the effect of imported drugs and domestic drugs is not much advantageous in clinical comparison, so we should not believe too much in imports.
