The patient, a 33-year-old female, had allergic rhinitis episodes in spring and autumn every year for the last few years: itchy eyes, itchy nose, incessant clear snot, sneezing and other symptoms. This time, the symptoms returned for more than 10 days, and she came to our pain department to receive stellate ganglion (or cervical sympathetic ganglion) block treatment. Drug injection: sterilized injection water 5ml + 2% lidocaine 5ml + tretinoin 10mg The symptoms were relieved the next day after injection, and were consolidated once in the second month without recurrence of the uncomfortable sensation mentioned above.
