What are the toe deformities

Toe deformities include megalodontia, syndactyly, polydactyly, bunion, hallux valgus, hammertoe, toe deviation and girdle sign. Parents should bring their children to the hospital promptly if there is a significant change in the shape of the toes after birth. A physical examination and comparison of the two sides of the toes are needed to confirm whether the toes are deformed, including localized deformities and systemic deformities. Problems in the toes alone or systemic problems are reflected in the toes. It is related to genetic mutation and genetic factors caused by high maternal age, pollution from various aspects such as environment, food and air.
