Will there be any problems later on if the 4D is fine?

Four-dimensional ultrasound without problems later can not absolutely rule out the possibility that the fetus will have problems.
Four-dimensional ultrasound is a common method of checking the development of the fetus during pregnancy, which can determine the occurrence of abnormalities in fetal bones, organs, head and face, such as: hydrocephalus, cleft lip and palate, spina bifida, cardiac anomalies and so on.
However, due to the limitations of 4D ultrasound, it is possible that some small parts of the fetus’s body or inconspicuous malformations, as well as metabolic diseases, may not be detected by 4D ultrasound. Therefore, even if the four-dimensional ultrasound examination is normal and the possibility of the fetus having problems in the later stage is relatively small, the possibility that the fetus will have problems cannot be absolutely ruled out.
After the four-dimensional ultrasound, the pregnant woman should also strictly follow the requirements of the pregnancy examination in the later stage, in order to ensure the health of the pregnant woman and the fetus.
