Erysipelas and scattered granulomas

The two most common eyelid diseases are mydriasis and scotoma, but people often fail to distinguish between the two diseases, so here is a brief introduction to them. The lid is a small, painful lump on the edge of the eyelid, with localized redness and swelling. However, if the mass increases in size and becomes painful and swollen, hot compresses should be applied and oral antibacterial agents or Chinese herbal medicines can be taken to control the inflammation and speed up the suppuration of the inflammation. The treatment process should not be squeezed to avoid the spread of inflammation. This is a chronic inflammation of the eyelid caused by an obstruction of the opening of the lid gland, so there is usually no local redness or pain, but rather one or more painless masses, ranging from the size of a grain of rice to the size of a soybean or even larger. However, because each eyelid gland has about 20 glands, each one can be blocked and inflamed, so there is a possibility of recurrence after surgery.
