Information for Hepatitis B Patients

(1) Do not seek medical advice, do not believe in advertising, go to a regular hospital for consultation and treatment; (2) Avoid alcohol, betel nut and spicy food; (3) Pay attention to nutrition and rest, do not overwork and do not stay up late; (4) Regularly recheck liver function, HBV DNA, alpha-fetoprotein and liver and spleen ultrasound. If liver function is normal and HBV DNA is negative, review liver function, HBV DNA, methotrexate and liver and spleen ultrasound at least every 6 months; if liver function is normal and HBV DNA is positive, review liver function, HBV DNA at least every 3 months and methotrexate and liver and spleen ultrasound every 6 months; if liver function is abnormal, go to a regular hospital for treatment; (5) Be careful with drugs that damage the liver, including (6) If family members do not have hepatitis B, they should be vaccinated against hepatitis B to obtain immunity; (7) Avoid sharing toothbrushes and razors.
