Locally advanced nasopharyngeal cancer is international TNM stage II to III. Locally advanced nasopharyngeal cancer without distant metastasis mainly includes tumor confined to nasopharyngeal cavity or invading oropharynx without parapharyngeal space invasion, unilateral neck lymph node metastasis; tumor invading parapharyngeal space, unilateral or bilateral neck lymph node metastasis (diameter ≤6cm); tumor invading skull base, unilateral or bilateral lymph node metastasis (diameter ≤6cm). Nasopharyngeal cancer in locally advanced stage has not yet occurred distant metastasis, and can choose combined radiotherapy for treatment. Nasopharyngeal cancer is more sensitive to radiotherapy, and patients should seek medical treatment as early as possible for early treatment and long-term survival.
