For women with pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis, they may be cured by taking azithromycin and ornidazole capsules, but they may also need to take cephalosporin antibiotics with tinidazole tablets for combined anti-inflammatory treatment. Because some women have a more pronounced inflammatory infection, this is when they need to take cephalosporin antibiotics specifically for better efficacy, provided they are not allergic to cephalosporin antibiotics. Some women with pelvic inflammatory disease will have severe abdominal pain and fever, which is not particularly effective, so they need to specialize in anti-inflammatory treatment through intravenous input of antibiotics.
