HIV, also known as HIV, is an RNA virus, not a DNA virus, and the viral load can be detected by an HIV nucleic acid test. After HIV invades the human body, it mainly destroys the immune system and attacks CD4+ T lymphocytes, which are important in the immune system, and forms a reservoir of virus in the immune system that cannot be easily removed. Therefore, HIV infection is usually difficult to be completely cured and requires long-term antiviral medication. Currently there are many antiviral drugs, there are six categories, more than 30 kinds of drugs, in China there are mainly five categories of drugs. Most of the antiviral drugs have certain side effects, the common side effects are gastrointestinal irritation symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, anorexia, etc.. If they are not serious, they usually do not require special treatment. Other side effects include liver and kidney damage, or rash and neurological symptoms. In case of serious side effects, the medication can be adjusted under medical supervision.
