Pathologic causes (1) Wound infection: the wound should be sterilized. If there is secretion and redness, the wound suture should be removed and thoroughly sterilized, and sensitive antibiotics should be selected according to the drug sensitivity test. (2) Wound dehiscence: when the wound is completely dehiscent, it needs to be re-sterilized and re-sutured under anesthesia. (3) Accumulation of blood, hematoma and blood clot in the wound: when the accumulation of blood is small, it can be observed; if the accumulation of blood is large, it is necessary to empty the blood clot, ligate the bleeding point, and then suture according to the situation.
