Tuberculosis lung shadows can be cured and disappear with anti-tuberculosis treatment, while the use of ordinary antibiotics to reduce inflammation is mostly ineffective. The shadows formed in the lungs by tuberculosis foci are not effective with ordinary antibiotics, such as cephalosporin and azithromycin, which cannot reduce or disappear the shadows. Regular anti-tuberculosis treatment should be used for lung shadows caused by tuberculosis bacteria, and most of them can be cured of tuberculosis and make the shadows disappear if the prescribed course of treatment is completed. The period of anti-tuberculosis treatment is relatively long, and anti-tuberculosis drugs have certain toxic side effects, such as liver function damage, peripheral neuritis and so on. Therefore, during the period of anti-tuberculosis treatment, one should go to the hospital and under the guidance of a specialist, have a regular review to assess the effectiveness of the treatment as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions, and adjust the treatment plan if necessary.
