Vitamin B₁₂ deficiency in women will show signs of malnutrition in the blood system, nervous system and skin mucous membranes, such as fatigue and apathy.
1. Hematological system: patients may have anemia manifestations, such as anemia face, fatigue, hepatosplenomegaly, and skin petechiae and ecchymosis in severe cases.
2. Neurological system: symptoms appear later, may or may not be accompanied by anemia, may have neurological disorders, severe neurological symptoms, such as dementia, dull expression, intellectual regression, reduced sensitivity to the environment, hypotonia, paralysis and so on.
