If the child is accompanied by symptoms such as skin petechiae, bleeding gums, fatigue, emaciation, etc., and is suspected of having thrombocytopenic purpura, hemophilia, leukemia, aplastic anemia, etc., the child should go to the Department of Pediatric Hematology for consultation.
