Fever with convulsions, considered as febrile convulsions, is the most common cause of convulsions in pediatrics, and its incidence is high, accounting for 30% of the causes of convulsions in childhood, and is a convulsive seizure that occurs during fever from extracranial infectious diseases. Third, 70% occur at the beginning of upper respiratory tract infection, and the rest occur in respiratory tract infection or rash disease. Fourth, generalized convulsions with impaired consciousness, but consciousness is restored after the convulsions stop, there are no abnormal neurological signs after the seizure, and cerebrospinal fluid examination is uncomfortable except for elevated pressure, the prognosis is mostly good.
