How long can you live with stage 3 cervical cancer

Patients with stage 3 cervical cancer can generally survive for about 1 to 5 years, but the exact time varies according to individual’s physical condition and treatment methods. There are four stages of cervical cancer. Stage 3 cervical cancer indicates that the cancer cells have already metastasized and invaded the pelvis as well as the lower 1/3 of the vagina, and even after active treatment, the survival time of most patients is limited. Patients with stage 3 cervical cancer can usually survive for about 1~5 years, but the exact time varies according to individual’s physical condition. For patients who are originally in good physical condition, if the treatment method used is appropriate and the patients themselves are actively treated, it is possible that they can survive for 5 years and above, but if the patients themselves are in poor physical condition and are not actively treated, they may only be able to survive for about 1 year. It is recommended that once patients find out that they have cervical cancer after stage 3, they should consult their doctors in time and standardize the treatment.
