The dream talk can occur at any time of sleep. Some of the content of the dream talk is often similar to the usual thinking, mostly about things thought during the day. Frequent dream talk is mostly seen in children with neurosis and neurological instability, and dream talk has a tendency to be qualitative. Frequent dreaming is mostly due to excessive heart fire, liver fire and mental tension. According to research, after falling asleep does not mean that the brain will be completely rested, but more active. After falling asleep, we enter the light sleep period (when we dream) and the deep sleep period (when the eye activity slows down). The first cycle is shorter, the second cycle is longer, and in the third cycle of deep sleep, there may be sleepwalking or sleep-talking. I don’t know if sleep talking should be considered a pathology. However, according to clinical experience, most people who often talk in their sleep have an overactive heart, overheated liver and mental tension. The physical manifestation is a dry mouth, dry throat and dry tongue, and the situation will improve after clearing the heat. There are many reasons for dream talking, and it may be triggered by excessive stress and mental tension. Therefore, people who often talk in their sleep must strengthen their exercise, and at the same time pay more attention to rest, adjust the pressure brought about by work and life, may be a manifestation of neurasthenia, just adjust their own rhythm of life, relieve the pressure, conditioning nutrition, and properly increase some exercise, slowly get better.
