What to do when permanent teeth come in and milk teeth don’t fall out

If your child’s permanent teeth have not fallen out for a long time, you should take him/her to the hospital to have them extracted in time. If your child’s milk teeth have not fallen out for a long time during tooth replacement, you should take your baby to the hospital dentist as soon as possible to have the lingering milk teeth extracted to make way for the new teeth and to help the permanent teeth erupt better, so as not to interfere with the growth of the permanent teeth in their normal position. If the permanent teeth grow out of the milk teeth with looseness, it means the teeth may be about to fall out. Avoid licking the teeth with your child’s tongue. During the tooth replacement period, it is recommended to eat some slightly hard foods, such as more corn and apples, to maintain a good stimulation of the milk teeth and encourage the milk teeth to fall out on time, which will help the permanent teeth to erupt. When the permanent teeth come out and the milk teeth are not falling out, parents are advised to bring their children to the hospital in time to avoid affecting the growth of the teeth.
