Bladder meridian impassability can be treated with proprietary Chinese medicines such as Bazheng Granules, Heat Lymphatic Clearing Granules and Sanjin Tablets. 1. Bazheng Granules: It is used for short and red urine (small amount of urine, dark yellow color), astringent and painful gonorrhea, dry mouth and throat caused by damp-heat underflow (dampness and heat invading the intestines, bladder, pubic area, lower limbs, etc.). Contraindicated for pregnant women. 2. Heat Drenching Granules: used for heat drenching (burning and stinging pain during urination, accompanied by frequent and urgent urination and discomfort in the abdomen) caused by dampness-heat in the lower Jiao (dampness and heat invading the intestines, bladder, pubic region and lower limbs, etc.), with frequent and urgent urination and painful urination; and urinary tract infection and pyelonephritis when the above symptoms are seen. 3.Sanjin Tablets: used for hot drenching, short and red urine, gonorrhea and astringent pain caused by dampness-heat in the lower Jiao. Adverse reactions: Occasionally, mild elevation of serum alanine aminotransferase and serum aspartate aminotransferase, mild elevation of blood urea nitrogen, and mild decrease of blood leukocyte.
