What to do if the amniotic fluid is low

If a pregnant woman has low amniotic fluid during pregnancy, different treatment measures can be taken according to the degree of amniotic fluid and the cause: 1. If the amniotic fluid is only low, the amount of amniotic fluid can be increased by drinking more water. 2. If the low fetal amniotic fluid is caused by fetal developmental malformations, the pregnancy should be terminated immediately if the fetus is of a small gestational age. If the cause of low amniotic fluid cannot be accurately determined clinically and is due to fetal malformation, the amniotic volume can be increased clinically by amniotic cavity perfusion, either through the abdominal wall or through the vaginal amniotic cavity, depending on the specific situation of the pregnant woman. In the process of perfusion, it must be noted that the perfusion rate should not be too fast, and a maximum of 800 ml should be perfused at a time.
