What’s the cause of all the little pellets on my wrists?

A lot of small granules on the wrist need to be scrutinized for the appearance of the granules. If the granules are scattered, white at the tips, surrounded by a mild reddish infiltrate, and have indented dots at the tips of the granules, it is possible that they are molluscum contagiosum. This is a contagious disease caused by skin contact with certain viruses, and can be removed by wart scraping or frozen with liquid nitrogen. If the small particles are flattened at the top, flesh-colored or pink in color, and relatively firm to the touch, they may be flat warts. This is a condition caused by infection with the human papilloma virus, and can be treated with high-powered iontophoresis or subcutaneous wart implantation.
